The team captain will be the primary contact for tournament information and updates.  SWB Boston staff will work with the team captain to help brainstorm and support fundraising tactics.

Registering for a Team:

​1. Gather your team, fill in the form below and click "submit"
2. You will receive a confirmation with instructions regarding team fundraising.
3. Begin fundraising! Every team must raise a minimum of $650 to participate, but teams are encouraged to raise beyond that! Any team that reaches $2,000 in fundraising will receive free tickets to SWB Boston's 8th Annual Craft Beer Tasting.  
4. Find out if you can double your impact! Check out this list to see if your company has a matching gift program.
5. Teams who do not meet the fundraising minimum by the day of the tournament must make up the difference at check-in.
6. Each player on your team must complete SWB's Release and Waiver Form in order to participate on game day.

Registering for an Individual:

3. Begin fundraising! Each free agent must raise or pay $65 to register, but players are encouraged to raise beyond that.

5. Free Agents who do not meet the fundraising minimum by the day of the tournament must make up the difference at check-in.
6. Each free agent must complete SWB's Release and Waiver Form in order to participate on game day.
